BitPal - A Self-hosted Payment Processor

After the Coinparty hackathon where our self-hosted payment processor was well received and earned an all-stars honorable mention, it's time to develop it into a production-ready solution. With the help from the Bitcoin Cash community we hope that Flipstarter will be a way to make that happen.
