According to our stats tracker, we had 3400 unique devices that have confirmed at least one transaction, with an average of 600 monthly active users. Website improvements will coincide with further development on Bchat.- Additional in-app utilities: Many are written, pending UI upgrades to make sure the wallet doesn't feel bloated, unfocused, or confusing. Examples: address manager, QR code generator, currency conversion calculator.- Integration with other BCH products: currently Stablecoin mode is the primary focus; awaiting XO stack for deeper integrations. Promised, not yet delivered:- Shareable Link: pending implementation in Q2 or Q3 2026.- CashConnect: still pending full protocol release - we're not fully confident in allocating development resources to CashConnect at this time as only one product in the entire ecosystem currently uses it. It may end up superceded by WizardConnect and/or XO stack. We will continue to monitor CashConnect development.- Maps: As noted last year, the "map problem" requires tight coordination across the ecosystem. Paytaca and BCH Argentina are currently taking the lead on this problem and we will consider integrating with their map platforms. - i18n platform: Demand for crowdsourced translations has died down since we launched. This is still a nice-to-have, but is currently low priority. It becomes more pertinent as we develop more products that will require internationalization.Selene Stats and Funding HistoryOur in-app stats track unique devices that have a wallet with at least one confirmed transaction. We will accomplish this through continued product development with a new emphasis on marketing.Capital Efficiency Metrics- Total funds raised: 845 BCH ($251,550) - May 2023: 150 BCH @ $117 USD/BCH ($17,550) - March 2024: 270 BCH @ $300 USD/BCH ($81,000) - May 2025: 425 BCH @ $360 USD/BCH ($153,000) - User Acquisition Cost: $251,550 / 3400 users = ~$74/user - We use the base 2025 annual user count because we assume some users are duplicated across all 3 years - Our user acquisition cost is approximately 2x-5x lower than the software industry average.- Average Development Cost: $251,550 / 3 years / 2 engineers: $41,925 per year per engineer - Our development cost per engineer is approximately 3x-4x lower than the software industry average.Global Selene Impact: visible adoption initiatives- Argentina: Since launch, Argentina has consistently been the #2 largest user base by country, behind USA. This is quite possibly our biggest success story; Argentines have demonstrated real-world need for sound money and a wallet that "just works." We've received major support from BCH Argentina and friends, and owe much of our success to the Argentine userbase. At the time of writing, there are 120 installed users tracked by Google Play. We anticipate the real user count in Argentina to be higher than stated due to the relative popularity of the direct APK installation. Our upcoming Stablecoin Mode was also directly requested by users in Argentina, allowing them to transact in BCH without worrying about price volatility.- Nigeria: Nurain and the rest of the Nigerian crew have been Selene advocates since launch, creating their own merch and events to foster local awareness. The results are clear: Nigeria has added approximately 50 new Android users over the past 12 months.- Townsville: Reports from Bitcoin Jason and Noel Lovisa suggest that Selene is the go-to wallet for replacing Bitcoin.com. Jason eagerly shares footage of his coffee and lunch purchases with real-world merchants. According to Google Play, at least 20 new Australian Android users have persisted after onboarding in the past 12 months.- Las Vegas: Kallisti's presence at BTC Vegas 2025 allowed the fateful recruitment of Kenn Bosak and 00TATTS who are both proving to be valuable assets to the BCH community. There is a local Vegas meetup group as well as ongoing onboarding initiatives through the 00TATTS marketing campaign, which Selene sponsors directly.- Grand Rapids: Kallisti's hometown. Selene Wallet has a booth at the 2026 Libertarian National Convention which will be hosted there. We are also building a promising relationship with a local merch/fashion supplier.- Cuba: Google Play metrics showed major growth in Cuba thanks to their mesh network and football team initiatives. From May to August 2025, there was a surge from 20 installed users to 109 installed users at the peak. The wallet itself is critical infrastructure, but now that it is relatively mature we can focus our attention onto further product and brand development.We already have three marginally revenue-generating products:- Bchat: The "secret project" mentioned in the 2025 FundMe - our attempt at "decentralized social media". We launched a proof of concept that we consider successful. Community sentiment toward the product was positive despite its "alpha" status. With only a small percentage of the transaction volume captured by Selene, the early alpha was generating approximately $2-3 USD in daily revenue. Bchat is revolutionary in that it allows end users to get monetized directly for their content with very little friction, unlike traditional social media platforms. We believe that the monetization feedback loop will be a persistent growth driver for the product, mitigating the problems that come with attempting to bootstrap a new social media network.- BCH.ninja infrastructure provisioning: we have proof of product-market fit from a trial run of BCH-denominated VPS provisioning services. Further development of BCH.ninja infrastructure will allow us to expand this line of business.- Dance.cash: originally developed via BLAZE hackathon bounty, we recently launched an events/ticketing platform that caters to the rather large Bachata dance community. We have an ongoing partnership with Alex from BOH Studio, UK, who is the host of the Bachata classes at BCH BLISS. Initial uptake of dance.cash is promising: 50 users have registered for the first hosted event within a week.We also have two wallet features in development that we speculate will enable revenue that scales with user growth:- Stablecoin Mode: we can take a marginal percentage on swap fees - "Donation Mode": opt-in, configurable micropayments to Selene team or other entities (such as Electrum server providers)In addition, we're working on positioning Selene partially as a "crypto culture and lifestyle" brand for additional marketing exposure and sales.
